Pinangat na Isda

Pinangat na Isda Ingredients:
  • 6 pcs butterfish or lapu lapu
  • 5pcs sliced tomatoes
  • 2 pcs big sliced onions
  • scallion
  • 8 pcs sliced kamias
  • patis and pepper to taste

Procedures:
  1. Line the pyrex dish with tomatoes onions kamias and scallion.
  2. Arrange the fish over..sprinkle pepper and patis
  3. Add remaining tomatoes …onion…kamias scallion on top of the fish
  4. More of pepper and patis to taste …cook in medium heat for 20 mins.
  5. Serve with rice.
